Workflows now supports a new HelpDesk action that allows you to set or update custom fields on assets. This action supports multiple field types including Text, Text Area, Dropdown, Multi-option, Date (with relative dates), and Number. The Autocomplete API intelligently displays only custom fields relevant to your selected asset type, and error messages provide clear feedback during save, test, and execution if fields selected aren't part of the selected asset type. This improvement streamlines asset management workflows and enhances automation capabilities.
