You can now allow your contacts to export their tickets directly from the Contact Portal for their own record-keeping and reporting needs. When enabled in Support Centre Preferences, an Export button will appear above the ticket list, allowing contacts to download tickets based on the filters they apply - including custom field filters - while fully respecting visibility rules.
