We’ve introduced a Basecamp integration to enhance project and task management between HappyFox Helpdesk and Basecamp. This integration enables seamless collaboration by allowing teams to create, link, and manage Basecamp to-dos directly from Helpdesk tickets.

With this integration, you can:

• Create a new Basecamp to-do from a HappyFox Helpdesk ticket.
• Link an existing Basecamp to-do to a ticket for better tracking.
• Unlink Basecamp to-dos when they are no longer relevant.
