We've improved custom field for HappyFox Helpdesk. Previously, multiple custom fields sharing the same name but linked to different parent field values created confusion in dropdown selections.

Custom field names now display alongside their associated parent field names, providing better context and eliminating ambiguity when configuring workflow automation rules and conditions.
