Export Knowledge Base Articles & More

We’re excited to introduce the new export feature for Knowledge Base. You can now easily export your published External, Internal, and Contact Group articles to a CSV file with a single click. Ideal for reporting and analysis.

In addition to the export functionality, we've made several enhancements to improve your experience:

  • Article IDs are now displayed in the UI for easier reference.
  • Global Language Support now includes languages with their associated countries for better content organization.
  • Articles can now be sorted alphabetically, making it faster to locate what you need.
  • The Expanded View lets you see up to 50 articles at once on the list page.
