On January 30, 2025, the HappyFox Helpdesk Agent Portal will launch a redesigned app menu and homepage, improving navigation and user experience.

Key changes include:

• Persistent Sidebar Navigation: A new sidebar provides always-available navigation.
• Lockable Menu: Located in the bottom-left corner of the new menu, a new control allows users to lock the sidebar, displaying only menu icons for streamlined, one-click navigation. When unlocked, hovering over the icons reveals their corresponding menu names for easier identification.
• All New Homepage
• Billing: The “Billing” option has been relocated under “Manage” for improved accessibility
