Reopen Behavior

Introducing Reopen Behavior, an enhancement that allows users to reopen a resolved ticket by creating a new ticket and linking it to the previous one.

This update directly addresses the need for continued support when a ticket is closed but the issue remains unresolved. By enabling the creation of a new ticket that merges with the previous one, this feature ensures that unresolved issues can be seamlessly revisited and addressed without starting the process from scratch.

The newly created ticket will be mapped to the same team, or assignment group, and will be automatically related to the existing ticket.
