Introducing the 'Report Export' feature for Incident & Service Request types in the Service Desk, enabling you to export data directly from the portal or download it via a link sent to your email. This feature includes permission levels to ensure secure data handling across ticket types.
This enhancement addresses the challenge faced by users who could not previously create reports for custom scenarios and use cases around agents, assignment groups, and departmentsβareas not fully covered by the standard report modules in the Service Desk. With Report Export, you can now generate custom reports for presentations, compliance audits, and further analysis, offering greater flexibility and control over your reporting needs.
