Trigger Workflows with Manual and Smart Rule Options

You can now trigger workflows using two new HelpDesk integration options:

  1. Manual Trigger by Agent
  2. Smart Rule triggers

Agents can manually initiate workflows directly from HelpDesk tickets, while Smart Rule triggers automatically launch workflows when specific HelpDesk smart rules are activated.

This expands your automation capabilities alongside existing triggers like webhooks and ticket events.
