Updated Reply Editor

Introducing the our all new Ticket Reply Editor, featuring a fresh look, improved usability, and enhanced accessibility for both the reply and private note sections on the ticket details page. For customers subscribed (or on trial) to HappyFox AI now have optimized access to AI features.

You can switch between the old editor and the new editor using the toggle above the editor. The new editor will become the default for all accounts by Oct 1, 2024.
