You can now view Klaviyo campaign information directly within your HappyFox Helpdesk tickets. The new Klaviyo integration automatically displays campaign names and subjects associated with the ticket contact in a dedicated sidebar section, with direct links to view full campaigns in Klaviyo. This helps agents understand customer engagement history without leaving the ticket interface.
