You can now view order and shipment details for customer orders directly within HappyFox tickets through our new ShipStation integration. Support agents can access order dates, recipient information, delivery addresses, insurance status, and carrier details by entering an Order ID. This enables faster, more accurate shipping updates without switching between platforms.
