Control Task Access with New Ticket-Level Permissions

You can now manage who can fully edit tasks and who can only update task assignees within a ticket using two new granular permissions. These changes help streamline task delegation without affecting your existing workflows.

New permissions:

  1. Manage Tasks in a Ticket – Full task management capabilities
  2. Edit Task Assignee – Permission to update task assignees only
