You can now manage all ticket-related tasks from a centralized Task Management page that provides complete oversight of your support workflow. View pending and completed tasks, access associated tickets directly, and review all communication including replies and private notes in one location.
The page includes a Calendar View to organize tasks by due date with month, week, day views. This streamlines task coordination and ensures nothing falls through the cracks.
